itr cams vs b16 cams

does anybody know the lift and durationfor both the itr and b16 cams? exhaust side mostly. trying to figure thing out. any help would be great.

if I remember I think the exhaust on ITR is 235dur 10.8mm and b16dur is 217 9.8mm does this sound right guys (memory)? I miss the g-speed.com/pbh page

thanks for the info on that just found out that i have a b16 exh cam not a type r but the intake is type r. just felt like it was chocking at the top end now i know why. thanks
