First I appologize for posting in the tech forum, but I knew that my asnwer would lie in the land of the EF8/EF9...I called the guys at passwordJDM and they weren't sure. Just that the vehicle does belong to a client of theirs.
I can't post the pic but I'll post the link. Then just click on the image to see the larger photo. I really think its a Greddy SP2 exhaust. I really want it but need to be sure. Any help would be great.

That link brought me to a rear SiR bumper cover. - poke.

 

I can really only see the tip but it looks like the greddy SP2 or the Apexi WS but I can't be sure without seeing more of the exhaust.

yeah its something like that or maybe the RSR ex-mag...its really hard to tell...

 

yeah...or a thermal RD, or a magnaflow custom... something like that.
