Default whats a good cam seal?

what is a good brand of a cam seal? where can i buy one? dohc motor if it matters

can i buy it at like advanced auto parts? and also do i have to take the whole cam out in order to replace it or can i just take off the last cam cap? and if i take it off can i use like some type of permatex instead of hondabond?

honda is a good brand. Honda

There's also an oil rail that has to be removed before you can access the cam caps. Remove the last cam cap. Clean up the oil then install your new cam cap.
Permatex worked for me.

is this oil rail hard to remove? am i going to mess anything up by just taking off the last cam cap and not the whole cam? is a cam seal from advanced auto parts going to not be as good as one from honda?

To remove the oil rail ALL cam cap bolts need to be removed, then you can take off the last cam cap. It seems to me that you have never done this before. Make sure to get a Helms or equivelant manual to make sure you torque the bolts to the right amount and in the correct pattern. If your replacing the seal on the dizzy side you'll just need to remove the cap, the oil rail isn't attached to the last one. Good luck.
