Default Axle problem 90 std hatch

I have come to find out that my year car is known for having bad axles, I know they are bad due to the clicking sound and the vibrating of the car when decelerating. Now I ahve enough money to get new axles but here is the problem, Right now I have a stock hatch with the 4 spd tranny. I am planning on doing a Mini-me swap on my car and am planning on using the transmission out of an SI hatch. Now to the question, I need new axles bad the car gets worse and worse everyday i drive it so I need to know what i should do? go ahead and buy the axles and buy ones later down the road or is there another option ?? PLEASE HELP

go ahead and buy the axles, you will be able to reuse the exles on the si d series tranny you get later on
