That's what I was going to say... there are only a few ways oil can get on your plugs... rings would be my guess.

This is happening on all of your plugs or just one or two?
Edit: If its in just one or two it could also be your valve guide, or valve guide seal. Otherwise it would be your rings.

just one
( stupid gay bosch) i bought NGK plugs and was about to install until i saw this
and this is most likely why my car is bogging around 5k rpms?

the four seals costed me 27.48 with tax at the honda dealership, but im not sure about the main seal, it shouldnt cause leaks in the sparkplug if t was anyway
Well I just wanted to let you know that in my personal experience those plugs suck, I had them and I sent them back for my money and got some ngk's and my ls swap ran so much better/smoother.. I dont know why but I had the platinum 4's in my b18a and there was oil on my 3rd cylinder plug , and all the plugs were kinda black, and when i did switch to ngk's now there is no oil on any of the plugs and they are all a nice tan color..

Changing the valve cover gasket and spark plugs wont fix the fact he has oil in the combustion chamber
check Valve guide seals.

Looks like you have a bad seal on your valve cover. Did you replace everything? Valve cover gasket, gaskets where the bolts go and where the plugs go?
I had the same problem on my Nissan ended up putting some Honda-bond on the gasket where the plugs go.

No ****, but whats easier to do first? Its hard to tell from the pic where the oil is and isnt. To me, it looks like some oil is on the ceramic part of the plug (which means it can only come from above, not below). I have also seen the oil migrate down further (past the ceramic portion) from bad spark plug tube seals.

Actually it might, I have seen a few cars some in with this problem and new valve cover grommets have fixed the problem, sometimes the oil seeps threw.
By the way, never ever buy Bosch spark plugs.

actually stay away from bosch platinum spark plugs. get the regular bosch plugs and the # is 7553. there for hondas and run a step colder.
