Skunk2 and Ground Control make the best that I have seen in my opinion.
I have the original Skunk2 (Skunkworks) on my car, and they do not bounce. the ride is pretty damn good. I have had many suspension on my car, and the only one that was better, although not by much, was my Eibach Sportlines.

the reason its so bouncy is because the spring rate is so high and your tockicos are too weak to control them go for some koni's or bilstein hd's
