To DIY a paint job on your car, not on a new car but im saying on an old EF, nothing special, just gloss black. I also have a garage that i can do it in. any problems that most people overlook or hints? also whats the cheapest place to get GOOD quailty paint? thanks

also, go to your local library and check out a body/paint book.

My recommendation is find a shop that will spray the car for cheap if you do the prep work yourself. That will help cut the cost a lot as you do most of the work.

If you do want to do it all yourself I would not paint it black. It will really show every flaw and I'm assuming you have no experience, so there will be many.
