Anyone with Gsr Motor or ls/Vtec in their Crx with I/h/E?? What are you guys running
I have a gsr and I am looking for a fun na to drive while I turbo my gsr, but I keep hearing how b16 crx are only running 14.6 and my Gsr can do that all day, I am looking for like 14.0's any suggestions?

damn thats a hell of a good time for a gsr. I had a b16a in my crx and my best time was a 14.5, i just now installed a gsr and am hoping i will be high 13's.
What did you have done to the CRX to get 14.5? I have I/H/E/Wires on mine. I took it to the track for the 1st time last night and got a 15.5 and 15.4. I know I need to work on my launch, but will the launch be able to take it that much down?
1996 integra Gsr 90,000 still going strong, Aem Cold Intake, Dc sports 4-1 header, Straight Pipe, Greddy Evo cat back exhaust, short shifter. I am so stupid though, I had the car for two years comming up now and it took me till last summer to do ANYTHING to it, I had just the COld Air in there for a year, and with just the cold air she went 15.1 thats the best I could do. I gotta go turbo, I am looking to run about 15 pounds, I wanna run 13's anything faster then that is just a bonus. The main thing is I gotta a buddy with a s4s lotus and I wanna woop his big money spending AZZ!!!!
the launch is everything!!! I run low 15's with my ZC with I/H/E and pulley in my 90 HF running on street tires dunlop sp8000's 195/55/14's with an open differential and spinning the outta the tires. I could get 14.7 with no problem if I could hook up. I was running side by side with my buddies Dakota R/T who was running 14.65 except at the launch he has no spinning problems.

exactly what brusk said. At first i was runing high 14's, but u just have to master that launch. Also depends alot on altitude, because at sea level they say i should be .4 faster.
every b16a in an EF i have seen around here is running at least mid 14's all day... how the hell are you guys pulling 15's?
I have seen a EF with stock b16a, 4-1 header, chipped ecu, and Z10 radius rods post numerous high 13 second passes on street tires.

It was my first time at the track, and I f*ed it up. I only got 2 runs Friday night. THe first was 15.5 and the second 15.464. I spun at the start and spun when I went into second. I guess it's my launch that's killing me. I get that adrenaline rush right before the green light, and end up just flooring it when it hits green
. I'm gonna go back Wednesday night when it's not as crowded and see if I can get 3-4 runs in.
