Tow hook F/R install?

Hey i just got a front and rear tow hook. Where did you guys mount it on a 92-95 civic? For the front i do not have a front bumper support, cause of my FMIC.

I dont think they go on the bumper suppor themself but the 3 screws that connect the bumper support to the car.

Take off the bumpers and see where it looks like they fit. Its pretty straight forward.
