Default the lil crx (sfwd) that could, or that will!!!!!

SCI Motorsports sfwd crx

with all the bad weather that we had here in san antonio tx this past month needless to say we have suffered problems with our car and ended up missing the feb 6/13 event at SAR which would have be its debut its with new setup.....

Test and tune friday night 02/11 at SAR we ended up breaking/locking third gear (full liberty synchro less gear box) and ripping our rps carbon-carbon twin disk clutch to **** (someting had to give)... I will post pics later.....

here are some pics of the car, hope u guys like and hope to see u all out @ NPR..Finally got to put some faces to names, nice to meet u again art....

what else are you willing to tell us about the set-up?

as far as NHRA sfwd , you will need to change the intercooler to a air/air design to be allowed to compete, and also for nhra and nopi you will have to put the windshield wipers back in, they are mandatory for both sanctioning bodies..

I met the SCI guys and saw an earlier version of this car at the Jspek.com car show last year. It has progressed quite a bit since then. Best of luck.

from the looks of it the actual welds on the gear failed and began to crack casuing the tranny to lock up, so we are goign back to a stock box ....i'll get some pics up of it.. first pass out wouldn't go into third, second pass shifting to third the tranny locked up, casued the rear end to lift, so we packed it up and went home.

yea we know about the rules changes, we need to get some stuff changed on the car, but as of right now we jsut want to get it down teh track to see whats it capable of and go from there....

car looks pretty good! do the windshield wipers have to work? looks like the motor assembly is removed.. or can you just have them on the car (stationary)

Looks nice.

Is it really worth the cash to go thru all the trouble with that Liberty gear set? I have seen nothing but problems with them.

We offer a line of manifolds for different applications including the one on the CRX
