a buddy of mine currently drives a 90 integra with a complete 92 GSR changeover. Its got everything GSR.

Now my question is, He just blew his tranny and put in an LS tranny.
When he shifts into third he isnt in Vtec because we're thinking his gearing is off. He shifts and its at 5000 and vtec isnt untill 5500.

So we think ECU would cover it properly.
What ECU do we need???
and how would I Install it ??? plug and play? or more.. etc.

PS - I know *** all about wiring. Well I know small **** but havent done a swap or anything like that. so ECU knowledge isnt my department.

 

what ecu is he using right now.... with the ls trans, the gears are a lot longer!

 

thats to be expected with the Ls trans, hes prolly slower now too but gettin great gas mileage
