Problems with a 90 accord

I have a 90 Accord that when it reaches over 3000 rpm and it starts to sputter and jerk. Anyone know what could be the cause?

How long since the last tune-up? How old (age & miles) are the spark plugs? Distributor cap? Rotor? Fuel filter? Air filter?
