Default Swap ? - Do I have to change the clutch cable too?

S1 tranny attached to a jdm b16 in a 91 civic standard, in my half-awake state i tried to install the clutch cable and it didnt seem to be long enough. I even tried to take off the bracket on the top of the tranny to see if i could get extra slack that way but it still didnt work....so whats up, do i have to use a different clutch cable?

BTW heres a pic of the swap and how far ive gotten....

Thanks

-Todd

If you wanna be cheap, you can modify the stock cable. Take a dremel and take an inch or two out of the cable sleeve at the end. And hey, if you screw it up you can just buy the 90/1 ls one like most people

Oh, and DAMN! i just noticed you had no intake mani, or wiring harness installed. Hopefully you didnt put the intermediate shaft on yet, it will make it a little easier to install the manifold without it. The wiring harness is gonna be a major pain in the *** also. I always install the entire engine harness before i drop the motor in. The stock si harness is a tight fit in some spots, but it'll fit. good luck man
