Default formula for compression with head milled

alright i'm trying to get a rough CR ratio on my motor with a milled head, and the c-speedracing site is down.

b18b block - b16a3 head milled .040 - p30 pistons - stock head gasket

i heard somewhere omni man has a comp calculator too??

b16 head - 42.70 (before millage, im not sure how to covert that....)
b18b block - .030
OEM LS head gasket (-0.040 for the mill)
p30 pistons

c-speed says its like 12.9:1,, so i mean its lower than that, just want to know what it is.
