I'm not working with a lot of money here but i have $3500.. I'm not looking for a brand new bike or anything and seeing how this is going to be my first bike i would like one that is mechanicaly sound. So if anyone has a bike for sale or knows someone who has a bike for sale or even if your feeling bored and are searching another forum and come across a good starter bike hit me up with a PM.

Your not going to get a brand new bike for that kind of money...unless you want a 125 dirt bike....otherwise look into a used SV-650

edit: there is a few guys on here with bikes for sale....

if i still had my 98 f3 thats in my link. i would of sold it to you. i bought it and sold it for 3k and it was an awesome bike to learn on. i would recommend the f3 for a good starter. good luck man.

have a friend who will you you a 2000 kawasaki zx6 for 2,000 with a spare engine. You could have it running for under 3k and use the extra money for riding equipment or upgrades in the bike. I'm in GA though so might not wanna come this far south but who knows

ive seen plenty of bikes on there go for less than what you have. look on the wera.com classifieds too. and try model-specific boards.

It is a 2001 Honda CBR600 F4i.
--520 conversion
--Steel Brake Lines front. Reg. rear.
--Jardine Pipe (scratched, and dented) I do have the original pipe, as well.
--Vortex Clip Ons
--Almost New Pirelli DC's front, and Diablo rear (Rear is Diablo cus of shipping idiots) (One Track Day on Both tires)
--Double Bubble windscreen--not installed but can be bought as well
--Has around 15000 miles.
--Bike has been down, lowside. Plastic has been replaced.
--Rear cowl is cracked but can be replaced for $75 from eBay. I haven't cus I didn't care for it.
--Spare parts included (mirrors, brakes, original sprockets front and rear(I think), extra gas tank dented)
--Excellent bike to learn the twisties, and over all great bike to just learn.
--And Free Copy of Twist of the Wrist as an added incentive.
