I have a 95 gsr with 170000 miles on it and I'm trying to convince my parents to rebuilt or buy me a new motor for graduation to make it "reliable." Im unsure if I should look for a built motor or have mine rebuilt. The top end of my engine is supposibly rebult and it feels like it. But i would like a built motor not to rebuild mine. Any suggestions of combos?

 

Why should your parents build you a motor? Do you even have any idea on the costs? What is your budget and goals for a built motor?
