Default GSR spoiler and Type-R spoiler???

hey guys i currently have a stock gsr spoiler, and was wondering if a type-R spoiler would fit in the same holes as the gsr. I'm also wondering if the OEM "R" ones and the aftermarket ones use the same hole, plz lmk!....-Roger

It would fit, but you don't own a type r.

I added the type r lip to my GSR, but the wing belongs only on a type r. I hate when people ask me if my car is an R. I can't imagine if I had the wing as well.

ITR uses the same holes BUT after removing the stock GSR spoiler you'll be left with 2 extra holes.

I didn't get a new 3rd brake light after switching

Maybe people are smarter here (or I avoid dumb crowds) but people usually know my car is a GSR even with lip and wing. Only people who think it's an R are highschool kids

i think if you're doing a jdm type r front end conversion, you should have an *** to match.

Any of you guys know if the ITR wing is available in carbon fiber? I have a carbon fiber hood, and lip. So I think the carbon fiber ITR wing would look pretty damn good (the car is red)

ITR spoiler wont fit because there is no place to put you wire for the brake light. What you can do is go to spoiler depot and buy an itr spoiler looks alike with the third brake light and that will bolt on.

HTH

no, i got the oem one without the light, techniquely its illegal but i have not been pulled over ever for it. it looks better without the light IMO.
