Default B20/VTEC or ITR?

what up? I have a 99 Integra LS with 94 GSR motor with Rev Hard Stage 2 turbo kit in it, I blew the motor up few weeks ago in the dyno, have to replace new crank and rod bearing etc...

my buddy made me a deal now he said if I give him my turbo kit he'll build me a strong all motor set up. and I'll have to spend about $3000 to buy all the parts need for the rebuild. what you guys think?

I personlly thinking about get a B20 block and keep my GSR head, or just buy a ITR motor from hmotorsonline.com...

which way is wroth to do?

I think its a rip off. He wants your turbo setup just for his labor? Sell it and get someone who's known to do it plus with the extra money buy some parts.

I agree. His labor is not worth your turbo kit. If you want to go all motor, sell the kit and pay for someone's labor who will back up their work. If you want to stay turbo, you can buy an LS from hmotors dirt cheap and use the head from your last motor. I bought a JDM ITR from homtors and have had very good luck with it.

yea.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by getgot22 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">lol?/\ that is a tank</TD></TR></TABLE> no offence. and honestly integras are superior cars in a lot of ways but taking my ls/vtec out of my integra (14.6-14.7) conistantly and putting that motor in my hatch (13.8 13.9 12's on a 70 shot) was one of the best upgrades or downgrades i have ever done!
