DOT Drag radials
Quick question... For those who are currently using DOT Drag radials. whats the best gripping DOT approved drag radial tire that will mount on a 16" rim size.
alot of the quickest/fastest street cars ran either the 225 50 or 205 50 BFG's

well this wont help but i ran them on a stock LS motor with a 50 shot... 2.0 60 ft... but thats just me comin from 2.3's on street tires

I'm in the same boat, I have to swap my front brakes when I go drag racing (currently running Hoosier 24.5x8 slicks on 13" Lensos). The MT 16's will probably be too big for a Honda/Acura, but Hoosier is supposed to be making a 225/50/R16 drag radial https://www.hoosiertire.com/Drtire.htm part #17320. I'm trying to order them now, hopefully have a set on order this week, and I'll post about them after they come in.
the 235/60-15 that i am getting are the same size as a 26x9.50 and they are going to be need some clearance for the fender. but as they say you have to pay to play
