Nankang Tires?

Need 2 tires and this is the only brand they carry in 18's, are they any good?

their ok for regular street driving, ive had a set before when i was short on $ and they held well for about 2 1/2 years,,,

as low as tires get. my friend gets these in 17's for 50 each
