Sorry, couldn't help myself and I went and did it.
The whole thing got me thinkin about how much I needed to work on my "flow." I think I did pretty well for my first time.

I like this whole "flow" thing. Maybe instead of a group prayer or hug prior to each ECHC race we can engage in a moving "Group Flow". We could take turns leading it . . .
