My Integra
Hi Guys
Thought I would introduce myself to the forum before I start posting away askinng questions aout my Turbo build. I am from the UK and generally post on itr-dc2.com and hondarevolutions.com. I am planning on building a low compression high boost engine possibly with a gt28rs turbo and all the usual bits. You guys seem to know a lot about turbos and hondas so thats why I am here
anyway here are some pics of the car as it is.
look below :-

Welcome. I don't like those wheels...except when they are lightweight...

Of course everyone has there own opinion and thats cool. I do really like the wheels myself otherwise I would not have put them on. consensus over here is that they look great on the car.
They are Blitz technospeed Z1's in 17" . They are a 3 piece split. Generally you see people putting them on Supras.

Since everyone went after the pics, and didn't seem to answer your question, here ya go:
SEARCH. There's a TON of information out there. Make sure you click the Archived button, the recent topics are just the last couple of weeks. 10,000,000+ posts, not ALL of them can be wrong.
I've heard good things about gt28rs, as well as a bunch of other turbos.

Here's a dyno comparison from a respected tuner between the gt3071 vs gt28rs.
Are you sure you want to open up your motor? There are people making a lot of power with stock (USDM 10.5:1) compression, with 91-93 Octane. For instance, I'm making 295 and I do HPDE's (track days). Others make 350 with just a thicker headgasket.
Tune, tune, tune. Get Hondata, Uberdata, or anything that gives you (or your tuner) control of timing and fuel. The OEM ECU will try to bite you if you let it.
What you should do depends on your power goals. Anything less than 300 WHP, you can probably leave the motor stock. What's your compression, 11:1?
That is kinda high. Maybe a head gasket would be in order..
Also the guys in the "Forced Induction" forum have a lot more experience with this stuff, and a lot of qualified tuners hang out in there.

Thanks very much for the information
, I am looking for around 300bhp. I have been told over here that I will need to start replacing pistons and rods to achieve that power without things braking.

There's people in here with more power than that on stock B18C5 (plus or minus a thicker headgasket). Of course with pistons and rods you'll have a nicer safety margin, and then you'll want to sleeve it and start making 600 WHP and start snapping axles, etc...
Slippery slope. I'm constrained to the theoretical limits of my stock compression and piston rings. If you really need to run a low 12 second quarter mile, or lower, have fun. But the bargain setup is to tune it with a stock motor. I don't think anything is harder on the car than an HPDE, and mine has survived a few.
Anyhow, good luck! I hope you have good (Hondata etc.) tuners in your area.
