Default Thinking LS/vtec

Need help I am planning on going ls/vtec. stock forged ls rods, ctr pistons, ctr head, ctr or b16 tranny, I don't know about the crank need more info. Just looking for opinions on what i should do and want to know if this is a good set up. Thanks for any info on or replies.

"stock forged ls rods" is this a typo ?? arp rod bolts if they are stock rods and if they are forged rods without the forged pistons its a bit of overkill

stay away from the.... NOPE you know what nevermind. PLEASE SEARCH! I dont know how many of the LS/V posts ive responded to with the same info. I really just cant type the same crap over and over.
