Thinking of upper front and rear which ones?
Opinions on what the "best" upper front and rear tower strut bars are? I was also thinking of a rear swaybar replacement any ideas? I'm not replacing the front sway bar since it's already 24mm stock. Oh by the way it's 99 gsr thanks for all your help!!
You can't go wrong with the Type-R upgrade!

Got the rear piece from Mike at IPSracing. Took about an hour and a half for the complete installation (most of the time was spent on the plastic pieces with the rubber trim).

I got GAB for the front and rear. Paid only $80 for both since used (usually $160 each)
I can't tell the difference from stock (w/o rear) but then again, I don't really drive hard on the street.

all hands up for mugen!!!!!!!...bout 270 a piece i think...
and spoon second and they are about 180 a piece or something prices different for front and back for the spoon strut towers...but save a hundred more and get the MUGEN for sure....

You have to cut the existing ones that are already in your car.

the Spoon bars are nict and sturdy, very very light too. good bars for the price.
I have them on my DB8 an dfelt the difference with the rear bar, and yes I drive very hard on the street and I autox it.
Skunk2 is a copy of the Spoon bar design, I wonder how they compare in reference to weight and stiffness....
Mugen is likely the strongest/stiffest but man they're a lot o' $$$$ -OUCH!

1.) Fitment. Same shape as stock rear swaybar; therefore, there will be no interference with the exhaust system.
2.) Availability. Swaybar can be purchased at any Acura dealership.
3.) Cost. The swaybar, mounting kit and misc. parts can be purschased for approx. $120. "Best bang for the buck".
4.) Performance. The 22mm rear swaybar typically gives neutral handling (ie. no oversteer/no understeer).
5.) Installation. The swaybar is fairly easy to install, especially when compared to the other aftermarket swaybars. Go to my webpage at http://www.geocities.com/bretq/swaybar_install.html for complete step-by-step instructions (with photos) for installing the Type-R rear swaybar on a '94-'01 non-Type-R Integra.
I've got the Skunk2 tie bar up front... no others yet. I could tell a world of difference. It's pretty light and sturdy as hell. I plan on getting Benen bars for the rear upper and lower. The ITR rear swaybar is the way to go with the BSQ kit from what I've gathered. This will be a future mod of mine... once I get my engine going again.

What about the strut bars made by Benen Industries? They look pretty damn strong!
Will the Type R strut bars actually show a notiable difference in the feel of the car? Will and strut bar for that matter?

The Neuspeed(and copies like Sprint)are the best;one piece welded steel,4 pt mounting(fr);not as pretty as JDM stuff, but much cheaper and stiffer,IMO.

get a thin black fuel line hose, cut it on one side and just slide over the cut edges, it will look clean as fvck, just like that in the pic!
