Are you talking 1/4 mile or what? I recall the itr going up against an SR20 powered Silvia in the Type R legends from Best Motoring and winning. The Silvia was heavier than a 180 would be but should have had about 10 or 20 more hp stock than the 180 would. Why are you wondering this anyway?

ITR = 14.7 1/4 mile
180sx = 14.0 1/4 mile

Google is your friend. Use it.

Hard to compare two great cars, especially with one being rwd.

It's a personal preference thing. For a drag/drift car the 180sx has better potential, because F/I is bettahh. For track, the ITR is usually a better performer because it is more nimble, a quick vtec spool up , and quick in corners. 180/240's usually have lots of understeer.

Modifications change the variables involved.. so it's hard to say what would be a better car. It all depends on what you want to do with it.

Both cars are extremely fun. I was a fwd freak for along time.. I burned myself out, now I'm driving this and I don't look back.

Having driven my brother's 240, I don't really have anything good to say about the suspension (KYB AGX with Tein S-tech springs...not the greatest, but better than stock ) BUT the engine is fantastic. His is modified a bit, but also having driven a similarly modified R, it was no comparison. RWD boosted power is just....*DROOOOOL*

Geez, what's with all these drag racing questions recently?

What do you mean by "upgraded exhaust" and "upgraded intercooler. That doesn't mean anything. It sounds like you got it out of Gran Turismo 3 or something.

SR20DET's are sexy. Upgrade your fuel system and boost the stock turbo to its limits. ( about 1 bar ). I just pulled mine out last weekend, now i need a good machine shop. benson wont pick up the phone
