does the kind of transmission affect when vtec engages. For example a gs-r transmisson has shorter ratios than and ls transmission. if vtec is supposed to kick at about 5 on a stock gs-r with gs-r tranny, and you swap in a ls tranny will vtec still kick at 5? or will it vary??? I know its a stupid question but i was just thinkng about that and got confused so i ask for your help thanks.
