Yah so im driving down going about 45MPH and i hit some kind of animal and it takes like a chunk of paint from my lip and i think its even dented. The right side of the front lip is even kinda loose now. I drive a 2000 Honda Civic Si EBP. Im gonna take it to church brothers to get it repaired.

How much do you guys think it will cost me for a repair on the lip, or do u think they will just order a new lip.

 

sucks hitting animals.. i've hit a few, sucks even more when they run out and duck in the middle of the road, especially when they hit the exhaust manifold / oil pan with their head what kind of lip is it? carbon fiber? polyurethane? factory?

 

i ran over so many squirrels its not even funny...its like their almost on the other side of the street and they run all the way back, and then WHACK! i run over them

there were birds on the road, i'd say about 15 of em....i drive towards them, some flew away some stayed, so i hit like 3 of em


BTW a new Si lip will run about $200 or so..with the employee discount

4 years ago i had a 91 civic 4dr hit a dog that was already dead. my car was so low i drag the dog like a mile under my car me and all my friends could feel it hitting the bottum of the car it was great! seriously i was laughing so hard haha the good old days.

Yeah, I'd also like to know a ballpark range of a new bumper and paint from body shop for a 2000 EBP Si.... Damn possum (sp) ran infront of me at 120mph....think about the paint cracking now....

ME TOO!!!!That BASTARD!!!I was near my house when he ran out in front of me(I had only had my Type-R lip for 2wks) so I got out of the car in my driveway and there was no lip So i went back and saw my lip in 2 peices and the dead animal...
I was so pissed i put my front tire on the possum, pulled up my E-brake,applied the gas and poped the **** out of the clutch!...doing a brake stand on his head HAHA

 

damn that sucks .. the other night i was driving my mom's minivan and i was on the highway going around a slight curve when bam! this big *** rodent (i think it was a possum) darted across my lane.. i tried to swerve but no luck.. r.i.p. possum.. on the bright side i wasnt driving my Si or my lip would have definitely fell the **** off ;X
