i have a 95 civic (88K miles) and the steering wheel makes a 'rattling' sound over light bumps. its not the alignment, bad p/s rack, or bad tie rods. it sound like it could be the male connection of the cable reel to the back of the female end of the steering wheel. (for those that have disassemble a steering wheel will know what i am talking about). could this be the problem? do the cable reels ever wear loose? thanks in advance
