F the DMV!
Heh. Took my car to get inspected last month (emissions required in my county). Toda B's, JDM header, Jeg's cat, V-AFC, Toda gears, AEM CAI, and CEL. Custom, secret Yack tune. And I failed...
Took it back today after zeroing the cam gears (thanks Willie
) and returning to an earlier custom, secret Yack tune. And I passed 
Here are the numbers:
<u>Gas Reading Standard</u>
HC 331 220
CO 0.17 1.20
CO2 13.7
FAIL
<u>Gas Reading Standard</u>
HC 064 220
CO 0.06 1.20
CO2 15.0
PASS

Pat, don't feel bad. Mine were 333 hydrocarbons with Intake, header and cat. I'm just lucky for now, No Emissons Control in my county.
I just think it's funny that you can pass emissions with "race only" cams. Tuning rocks

V-AFC is installed and tuned in just about right. One final trip to the rollers and it should be finished. Ready for a rematch Pat??

Next CLT meet - we'll do some 3rd gear pulls. If I'm lucky, that V-AFC cost you power

Pat Be happy your not up here where they are picky as hell and even Check Your OBD2 ECU by connecting the emissions Computer Into your ECU 
I'd be fux0red... Down here, no mention of that nice little CEL lit up in the corner
