car wont crank at all everything is connected and put a new starter on. power is there lights turn on and everything. what could the problem be? checked relays and they are fine no fuses blown.
btw its a 91 ls wit a pr3 ecu. need help thanks

new battery? all batt connections tight??

Get a multimeter,

test your ign and power leads to starter! got power?

all done all correct. nothing bad. continunity is kinda eh tho throughout the chassis. possibly a wire harness problem? ecu flashes and stays on when u turn the car onto the on position.

 

Clutch switch,or maybe neutral safety switch?

 

your ingnition switch could be garbage too.
