Came across these pics of a RHD Prelude, could anyone tell me what kind of lip this is? I've never seen it before, even though this car appears to be european, I'd still like to know what it is. Can anyone help me out?

it's not wings west, wings west goes in a little towards the middle, as for Hiro, i'm not sure but the Hiro I've seen had holes at the side and curved up by the fender

Also, the Hiro kind of goes over the front bumper, this is one whole bumper piece. I dunno...maybe it's some EDM **** i'll never see over here

well the car looks it is from Europe, so it may be an european bodykit company that made that front bumper.

 

Looks very similar to a Jun lip.
