Default toxic to bake headlights in home oven?

i heard that it was unsafe to bake them b/c of the fumes of silcone and stuff. im not sure. i baked my headlights to do the gunmetal housings. worried that i might have made the oven unsafe. like its not ok to cook food in it after or something. is this a rumor or any truth to this?

If your paranoid about it spray it down with oven degreasor. I think you should be fine though. Let it air out.
