f22b2 f22b1 help please
i have a 1994 honda accord lx and a 1997 civic and im pretty sure that the stock 94 accord lx has the f22b2 and i was wondering if that was vtec..because im not sure if i have the f22b2 or the f22b1..it says vtec on the valve cover...
the whole reason for the post is because im thinking of swapping the accords motor into my civic b/c no matter what its more powerfull... thanks for the help

if the car is an lx then it should have came with a b2 which is non-vtec. if the valve cover says vtec and the spark plus are on the front then it's vtec, must have been swapped in.
