Are any of you guys using uberdata on an all motor setup? I see mostly boosted guys using it, while a lot of n/a guys use Hondata. Why is this?
The only rason I can think of is that there is many DIY turbo kits, put together from used pieces. Very inexpensive and since engine tunability is a must and required immediately, people research and use the least expensive option.
NA costs more money, is easier to do piece by piece and engine does not blow up as easy. Once people become serious with NA game it is small change to drop $300 or $1000 for Hondata, it realy is only a culmination of long process. And after many mods and mega money with iffy results, one is in a need of a quick fix and no more guessing.
Anyway, I have Uberdata with P28 on NA C1, waiting for WB to tune. Like Hondata, base maps need extensive tuning to perform to their full ability.

Im run n uberdata in my allmotor LS. i got some respectible gains outta it. my base line i dyno'd at 117whp and 107 ft-lbs of tq. (my a/f ratio was really rich. i made my fuel maps richer before i got dyno tuned just to be safe) after tuning ONLY the fuel tables, i got 138whp and 117ft-lbs of tq. if i tuned the ignition tables i coulda hit over 140whp on my LS. i did all the tuning myself. it's pretty simple program to work off of.
i say why not get uberdata. it's very good and not that expensive to build. im currently setting up ECU's to accept an external EEPROM chip to run uberdata and run n a base map for people. if u need someone to buil ur ECU, let me know

I use both, plus I use H-RED and even Hondata ... I use all of them to come up with the best maps, then do trial and error on my own cars then modify for customers ... most of the times thats why I ask customers for mod list on motors then do custom eproms for them ... almost 90% of the time customers tell me they buy the internet skunk2 or mugen eproms and it runs rich as hell ... I send them mine and they're usually very happen, not sure if performance increase was due to running leaner or due to better maps on my eproms ...
New CROME version will be out shortly, I will be helping to test it as well.
