Wha? All of those guys are professional drivers, several of them race JGTC. I don't see how what they're doing is reckless.
However, I think the Japanese as a whole have a much more cavalier attitude towards safety. Probably because they have a lot less lawyers in Japan...

well having less lawyers isn't a bad thing...prevents greedy bastards for suing fast food companies for making them fat for example
