Default Cam Gears Replacement...

Searched in archives but could not come up with any info on replacing cam gears, now if anybody has a link or any advice on installing AEM cam gears on a b16 please help

if no air tools, use a box end wrench w/cheater pipe, or really good socket and breaker bar. the timing belt doesn't help much as far as holding the gear still, and i can't remember exactly how we got my buddy's off. i think we slid a big screwdriver thru the gear and rested it on the top of the head with a rag under the screwdriver to keep it from turning. it is possible though, good luck.
