ok i have an automatic 91 accord and the problem i am having is some times i have 1st and 3rd sometimes i have 2 and 4 and some times i have 1st where 3 and 4 are and 2nd where 1 and 2 are and sometimes i have all 4 gears in the proper place and the sport shift comes on and off at will which i think is the problem so i decided to look further into the wiring underneath the plastick shifter cover and i was playing with the button that will release the gears from park when it isnt started and it was making the sportshift go on and off is the button grounding out the tranny the electronics are the gayest thing on this car i had smoke comming out of the center consul too this car is such a wiring mess
