I have a z6 motor and si tranny with act unsprung 6 puck clutch
problen not going in any gears (clutch not dissengaging)
thought was through out bearing , pulled motor took off tranny and it is fine. could it be the act clutch 6-9 months old daily driven

 

adjust your clutch cable.
If that fails you may have to get a new pressure plate.

 

You said you pulled everything apart-so how much is left on the clutch disc?
A six puck has to be a bear in a daily driver.Most likely it's been slowly going out and you never adjusted the clutch cable.

 

time for a new clutch, why bother just buying a pressure plate when the clutch plate gonna go out soon too.

 

I even tryed a new clutch cable

 

the act goes out that soon?
what do you guy think about the xtd six puck on ebay?
