Default EG climate control

I just did the jdm climate control conversion on my eg. Everything worked fine until I turned the car off. Later that night I came out turned everyting back on and no amber light. What could have gone wrong? Tomorrow morning im gonna put new bulbs can you guys think of anything else?

yeah i tried that already, thats what i had to do with my jdm cluster. I really cant think of what it could be. If it was a fuse other lights would be out, not just the two in the climate control. All I can think of is the bulbs went out for some reason.
