I drive a 1990 accord with 175k. Alright recently my car has been pulling strongly to the left, i have with the steering wheel about 10 degrees to the right to go straight. But the strange thing is the problem is somewhat intermittent. Sometimes the pulling to the left disappears and it pulls only very slightly or not at all. The situation seems to change after i make a turn. Btw, my car has always lacked a firm, "on center" feel that other hondas i've driven had. I will admit i've driven my car pretty hard at times in the last 25k i've owned the car. Any idea what this may be? Thanks.

 

A friend of mine said it might be tierods? Does this sound plausable?

 

Try an alignment first and go from there if the problem persists

 

what about tire pressure?

Do you feel vibrations?

 

I had a problem with vibration in the wheel previously but an alignment fixed that. So i've had an alignment done in the past 3 months. And yes, i've checked tire pressure.

 

You might try rotating the tires side to side and see if there is a difference.

 

So your not feeling any vibrations? If you do, I would suggest to balance your tires.

Do they have the equal wear? Do they have the similar amounts of miles and thread?
