FYI,

I'll be doing a D series header with the staggered tubes like this B series https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1126772&page=2 shortly. So ground clearance should improve a bit.

Dave, I've noticed that all of your D-series headers are 4-1 configurations (at least all the ones I recall seeing you create threads about). I'm curious if you've ever considered, or even tested, a "long-tube" 4-2-1 similar to the ones you build for the B-series. Is there something specific about the D-series which in your opinion makes the 4-1 design more favorable (perhaps it responds better to the shorter tubing lengths?), or is it more a matter of packaging or some other issue that I haven't thought of? Just something I've wondered about and never got around to asking.
