Hey peoples.
I drove my R from 7500 feet altitude to about 2500 today. Flagstaff to Pheonix. When I arrived to the auto-X my car was dieing at idle. It would drop to about 500RPM, and die.
I just replaced all of this about 3000 miles ago:
plugs
wires
fuel filter
The CEL was blinking so I went to Checker, obd-II reader said misfire in all 4 cylinders.
What do you think is wrong. I really need some help with this one.
Car has 63000 miles
VAFC-II w/JDM ecu, dyno tuned @ dyno-comp.
JDM header
Kakimoto exhaust.

What altitude was it dynoed at?
Do you drive there often, or is this the first time the car has gone so ow in altitude?
My caR was doing the same thing last week and it was my dizzy acting up. I got a CEL 9.

The car was dynoed in Pheonix. He said that he would make it so I could drive back and forth with no problems.
Dizzy? any other thoughts.
I was thinking that it might be injectors.

How about high rpms and low loads, ie. hesistation at 6500rpm in partial throttle only?

ordered new injectors today. Hopefullly that will solve it, not a cheap fix. Took off the valve cover and inspected the timing belt, all else is great.
Thanks for the help

Why?
I'd suggest changing the VAFC to stock and resetting the ECU.
Looks like you may be too lean for the higher atmospheric pressure @ 2500 ft. (esp. if you leaned it out with the VAFC).
BTW -- copy down the VAFC settings first (for when you go back [up] to Flagstaff)!
