Default Clutch Chaos

Hello there. I am no mechanic by any means but I like to try to repair things on my own if I can. I seem to learn the hard way the easy way to do things. Anyway I have had endless problems with my clutch. The clutch wore out around 100K I got it replaced with an ACT clutch I think it was stage 2-3? Anyway this clutch worked great for about 20K miles. Then it went out on me. The clutch would not disengage. So I took it to a local Meineke they said "You need a new clutch." I said "I just got it replaced 20K ago." They took another look at it and said that all I needed was a new clutch cable. They replaced it and I drove it about a mile before it broke again. This time they said I needed a new clutch (only after they took my $100 for the cable.) I didn't have the money so I waited. I ended up driving it without the clutch to another mechanic that was recomended to me. He checked it out and instantly said "You need a new clutch." I discussed with him what had happened most of which he didn't seem to want to hear. Anyway I pickup my car and pay another $700 to get the clutch replaced. I drive it for a couple days and I hear a snap! Again the clutch is gone. I drive the car again to the shop and they tell me it is the pedal bracket. I then started to question if it was the clutch to begin with. He said yes that the pressure plate was out. But if the pressure plate was out would the car even drive? Anyway they ended up doing it for parts (another $100). I drove the car for about a year when I started hearing creaking sounds. The clutch would make a loud scrrrrecchh noise when depressed. Eventually the pedal bracket gave again!! This time I pulled it out myself and rewelded it together with added support. Car drove ok but still creaked constantly. My most recent problem occured when my girlfriend took the car to yoga on her way she had the pedal fall to the floor. What happened was the pin on the end of the clutch cable had snapped. I am reffering to the pin that actually interacts with the clutch pedal itself. It is mounted in a bracket. My questions are "What is the best way to fix this?" and "Why do I have so many clutch problems??".

first, USE PARAGRAPHS that **** hurts to read.

Second, Just replace the whole pedal assembly and clutch cable from one out of a junkyard. Your problem should be solved.

Did they replace the throwout bearing? Or the retention spring?
