Did a d15b swap on my ef and now I am not getting any spark I had a d16z6 before it and never had a problem didnt do any wiring changes or anything. There is no current coming out of the 7 wire dizzy plug. Already tried 2 different dizzy's. I checked my grounds and they look ok. so if someone can come down and check it out and get a second opinion I will give cash depending on how much work it was put down. Anyone had this problem before. Dont know maybe I am overlooking something???

It cranks over but no spark?????
So its not the starter.

Double check the wiring, are you sure ur not getting spark? it could be no fuel. If u just did a engine swap and no wiring, then its user error(assuming the engine can just swap in).

I spliced wires from the obd1 harness. Like I said I did the wiring about a year ago and havent done any changes. So I really dought that it is the problem.

yup, beat me to it. sounds like an unhooked ground issue.
