wiring question reg. obd to obd1 conv.

hi, i have a 90 si civic and i pulled out the old motor and i am trying to put in a 95 si motor in it right now. now, i bought a harness that was converter to obd1 but, i have to splice in the 9 wires into my harness to make it work. now i also have a vafc that came with the motor i bought. what ecu can i use and how should i wire up the vafc and can i just run the motor like this for now? please any info will be greatly appreciated, TONY

Use the P28 ecu that was designed for the motor.
