Any difference between ITR flywheel & bseries flywheel?

I was wondering if there was any difference between an ITR flywheel and a b-series flywheel?(b16 b18) Or are they exactly the same?

They are not the same but they are interchangeable..... and ITR flywheel will bolt up to a b16, b18 non-vetc, gsr, etc and vice versa.

They will bolt up to other B-Series transmissions as stated above and they are a little bit lighter.
