Parts from a D15 on D16

Parts from a D15 on D16
I was wondering, I have a D15B7 that has brand new things on it like oil pump, water pump and dizzy parts. Could i use these same parts on a D16z6? I know one is vtec other is non, but what parts change out on a D15 and D16
