Default HP Estimate on GSR?

Hey, Im thinking about doing some stuff to my 2000 GSR in the spring, and i just wanted to know how much horsepower I can expect to pick up with some of the mods that i was thinking of doing. If I were to go with:

Intake--AEM or any other short ram
Headers-- 4-2-1 DC sports SS
Exhaust--Greddy Evo 2
Cat--Any high flow cat
Clutch/8lb flywheel-- Exedy/ACT with fidanza

and maybe some cams later on:
Cams--ITR or Skunk2 stage 1 cams

Thanks in advance

with out the cams you'll probably make 155-160 to the wheels

with the cams...maybe 175-180

good luck

get a better header than that. JDM ITR or the JDM dc 4-1 one. You will see better gains before and after cams.

If I were to get teh mods listed above, what 1/4 mile time would you think my car would be capable of?

are you sure those cams would make that much whp?

also, with only those minor bolt-on mods would make 155-160?

I would think that the bolt ons would make 150-160 to the wheels. Stock GSRs are rated at anywhere between 140-150whp. So if anything, those numbers seem right.

i have been to many dyno and have seen more than 10 integra gsr, average stock about 140, with minor bolt on about 145-150 max.
now, your talking about 155-160 which is about stock itr, i don't think so.

really good numbers. I just picked up a 11.5:1 bottom end ls/vtec that put down 164whp.
I don't know that I would expect 160hp to the wheels from the mods listed.

Looks like we both need some of those +20 hp cams

i say get 4-1 header instead of 4-2-1 and i think u may want to get a new intake manifold also before u plan on getting an intake. it will help with the airflow and maybe some toda spec b camshafts? i've heard those are pretty crazy.
