96 Type R rims on Prelude.... Color questions
Just picked up some 96 type r rims in 4x114.3 for my lude and it turns out that the conditon of the paint on the rims is not in that good of shape, so i will need to redo it. Basically I've decided to paint/polish these wheels but im just wondering what your opinions will be, and then i will do so. Here are the rims and the car it Will begoin on

I recently got some Volk TE-37s for my 95 that were white and scratched up. I painted them gloss black and I think it looks awesome.

Never seen this done before!
Get them professionally done, I'd say powdercoat them gunmetal and leave the red R.
Hot dawg, that'd be off the chizzle.
Your car is hottt already

um flat black or leave them.....wow im from southern CT and seein that ****** snow just gave me the chills
spacers would probably do the job. the one's ive seen around their wheels didn't look flush w/ the body. but kicking it out a few mm's would make it look nice. good luck
yes powdercoat white
and you dont need a spacer just a little grinding on the caliper. search 4x114 conversion and there are threads that will show you where to grind down so you can fit the 96R wheels on prelude rotors and calipers
