JUST WONDERIN IF ANY 96-00 HATCHS COME WITH BLACK OR DARK INTERIOR OTHER THAN THAT GRAY.....AND HOW HARD WOULD IT BE TO CHANGE TO POWER WINDOWS AND LOCKS

Well first state the basics of your question in the post title. It will be a pain in the *** to add power windows IMO, same with mirrors unless you are VERY comfortable with wiring.
